Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of YourWonders, including the YourWonders television application and the website at yourwonders.com.
YourWonders is provided by BlueTouch LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“BlueTouch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using YourWonders, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use YourWonders.
2. About YourWonders
YourWonders creates television experiences that present Scripture alongside scenes from creation, environmental sound, and intentional pacing.
The current launch product does not require an account and does not offer subscriptions, trials, recurring app billing, or paid feature tiers.
YourWonders is intended to be available worldwide where supported by applicable app stores and platforms. Features, content, compatibility, and availability may vary by device, platform, region, and version.
3. Eligibility and Family Use
You may use YourWonders if you can legally agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
YourWonders is a general-audience and family product. Children may view it with their households. If a minor uses YourWonders, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising that use and for determining whether the content is appropriate for the household.
4. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, BlueTouch grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download and use the YourWonders application for lawful, noncommercial purposes on supported devices that you own or control.
This license permits ordinary personal and household viewing. It does not transfer ownership of the application, brand, design, media compilation, or other protected materials.
Your use may also be subject to the rules and license terms of the app store or platform through which you obtained YourWonders.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
YourWonders contains software, visual design, branding, text presentation, sequencing, audiovisual compositions, and other materials owned by BlueTouch or used under applicable licenses or permissions.
“YourWonders,” its logos, and related brand elements are property of BlueTouch. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
Scripture translations, video, audio, photography, fonts, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and permissions applicable to those materials. Scripture translation information and media attribution may be provided within the app or its Media Credits.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may independently have in public-domain material or material available under separate third-party terms. These Terms govern your use of the YourWonders application and its assembled presentation; they do not claim ownership of public-domain Scripture or other material BlueTouch does not own.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use YourWonders for unlawful purposes;
- Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application or its assembled audiovisual presentation without authorization;
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, or other rights notices;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Circumvent security, access controls, platform restrictions, or technical protections;
- Interfere with the website, application, or systems used to provide them;
- Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access; or
- Use the YourWonders name, branding, or content presentation in a misleading or infringing way.
7. Voluntary Contributions
BlueTouch provides an optional way to make voluntary financial contributions through the YourWonders website.
A contribution:
- Is not required to use the current application;
- Does not create an account;
- Does not unlock a subscription, Wonder, feature, or paid tier;
- Is not a purchase of app functionality; and
- Is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation.
Contributions are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe and any selected payment provider may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted through Stripe and that the information you provide is accurate.
If you need assistance or believe a contribution was made in error, contact support@yourwonders.com. BlueTouch reviews requests case by case. We do not promise that every contribution will be refunded, and nothing in this section limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Third-Party Services and Platforms
YourWonders may be distributed through or link to services operated by third parties, including Apple, Google, Stripe, wallet providers, banks, and other payment providers.
Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. BlueTouch does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operation, availability, security, or information practices.
App-store and platform providers are not responsible for voluntary contributions made through the separate Stripe-hosted Support flow unless their own terms expressly state otherwise.
9. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of YourWonders. Content, features, supported devices, and platform availability may change over time.
We do not promise that every feature or item of content will remain available permanently or that YourWonders will operate without interruptions or errors.
Where reasonably practical, we will avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt the core experience. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YourWonders is provided “as is” and “as available.” BlueTouch disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
BlueTouch does not guarantee that YourWonders will always be available, compatible with every device, free of errors, or uninterrupted.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not exclude warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueTouch and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to YourWonders.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueTouch’s total liability arising from or related to YourWonders will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid directly to BlueTouch for the use of YourWonders during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred United States dollars (US $100).
Voluntary contributions are not payments for the use of YourWonders and do not increase this liability limit.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Some jurisdictions provide mandatory consumer rights or do not permit particular limitations, so some or all of this section may not apply to you.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that may be brought in court will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If you live in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, these Terms do not deprive you of protections that cannot legally be waived. You may also have the right to bring a dispute in the courts of your home jurisdiction when applicable law provides that right.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as YourWonders changes or as legal requirements develop. Revised Terms will be posted at this location with an updated effective date.
If a change materially affects existing users’ rights, we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law. Your continued use of YourWonders after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by BlueTouch to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any platform terms that apply to your use, form the agreement between you and BlueTouch concerning YourWonders.
They replace prior statements or agreements concerning the same subject, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
