Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
1. Introduction
YourWonders is a product of BlueTouch LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how BlueTouch LLC (“BlueTouch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with:
- The YourWonders television application;
- The YourWonders website at yourwonders.com; and
- The voluntary contribution process available through our website.
YourWonders presents Scripture alongside scenes from creation, environmental sound, and intentional pacing. The current application is designed to work primarily with content stored locally on the television device.
2. The YourWonders TV App
Information the app does not collect
The current YourWonders TV app does not require or provide user accounts, profiles, or authentication.
BlueTouch does not use the TV app to collect or transmit:
- Names, email addresses, or other contact information;
- Advertising identifiers or other device identifiers;
- Precise or approximate location;
- Viewing history or Scripture-reading activity;
- Wonder selections;
- Photos, files, contacts, camera data, or microphone data;
- Health or wellness information;
- Payment-card information; or
- Information for advertising, behavioral analytics, or cross-service tracking.
The app does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking, payment-processing, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.
Information stored locally
The TV app stores two limited preferences in its private local storage:
- Whether the first-run welcome has been completed; and
- Whether Nature Sounds are enabled.
These preferences are used only to provide the requested app experience. They are not associated with an account or transmitted to BlueTouch. They generally remain on the device until the app’s data is cleared or the app is removed.
Locally bundled content
The app’s Scripture, audio, fonts, images, and initial visual are bundled with the app and processed locally. Additional Wonder video may be downloaded from BlueTouch’s media-delivery service after the app opens so the app can provide the version appropriate for the Apple TV. We do not transmit viewing activity to BlueTouch.
The app may create operational logs on the device for playback, presentation, navigation, or error diagnosis. BlueTouch does not operate a service that receives those logs from the current app.
3. The YourWonders Website
Information intentionally collected by the website
The current YourWonders website does not provide accounts, login features, contact forms, mailing-list registration, or other forms that submit personal information directly to BlueTouch.
We use PostHog to understand aggregate use of the website, such as page views and clicks on app-store and voluntary-contribution links. We do not use PostHog to identify visitors, create user profiles, record sessions, capture form entries, run targeted advertising, or track people across websites. The analytics configuration uses memory-only storage rather than persistent analytics cookies.
Website infrastructure information
Like most websites, the systems used to host and deliver yourwonders.com may automatically process limited technical information when a page is requested. This may include:
- Internet Protocol address;
- Browser and device information;
- Requested page or URL;
- Date and time of the request;
- Referring page, when provided by the browser;
- General diagnostic, security, and error information; and
- Information used to prevent abuse and maintain website availability.
Our website is currently hosted using Vercel, and our website analytics provider is PostHog. These providers may process technical information as part of delivering, protecting, and measuring the website.
A requested URL may include a query parameter, such as source=tv, in ordinary infrastructure or analytics records. YourWonders does not use that parameter to identify a visitor or change page content.
We do not use persistent cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. Hosting, security, or platform providers may use limited technical mechanisms needed to deliver, secure, or operate their services.
4. Voluntary Contributions and Stripe
YourWonders offers an optional way to make a voluntary financial contribution. Contributions:
- Do not create a YourWonders account;
- Do not unlock app features, subscriptions, Wonders, or paid tiers;
- Are not required to use the current app; and
- Are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
Contribution checkout is hosted and processed by Stripe. When you use Stripe’s checkout, Stripe may collect information such as:
- Your email address;
- Contribution amount;
- Payment-card, bank, wallet, or other payment-method information;
- Billing or contact information associated with the selected payment method;
- Transaction, device, browser, and fraud-prevention information; and
- A phone number if you choose to use an optional Stripe feature that requests one, such as saving information through Stripe Link.
Stripe handles complete payment-card details through its own systems. BlueTouch does not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers through the YourWonders website.
Through its Stripe account, BlueTouch may receive or access records such as your email address, contribution amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, limited payment-method details, and related information needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, support, legal, and business-record purposes. The information available can depend on the payment method and Stripe configuration.
Stripe processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. If you use an accelerated checkout, wallet, bank, or other payment option, that provider may also handle information under its own policies.
If you need assistance with a contribution or believe it was made in error, contact us at support@yourwonders.com. Requests are considered case by case. This policy does not promise that every contribution will be refunded and does not limit rights that apply under law.
5. How We Use Information
BlueTouch may use the limited information available to us to:
- Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website;
- Process and document voluntary contributions;
- Respond to contribution-support or privacy requests;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Maintain accounting, tax, and business records;
- Comply with legal obligations; and
- Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, BlueTouch, and its services.
We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or sell it for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. When Information May Be Disclosed
BlueTouch may disclose limited information in the following circumstances:
Service providers
We may use providers that host the website, provide limited website analytics, process contributions, support security, or provide other operational services. These providers may process information as needed to perform those services. Current launch-relevant providers include Vercel for website infrastructure, PostHog for website analytics, and Stripe for contribution checkout and payment processing.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests; investigate fraud or security concerns; enforce applicable agreements; or protect the rights and safety of BlueTouch, users, or others.
Business changes
If BlueTouch is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
7. Retention
The TV app’s first-run and Nature Sounds preferences remain locally on the device until they are cleared, overwritten, or removed with the app.
Website infrastructure records are retained according to operational needs and the practices of the providers that process them.
BlueTouch retains contribution and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, support, and legitimate business-record purposes. We do not use a fixed deletion period for these records. Retention may also depend on Stripe’s systems, capabilities, and legal obligations.
We may retain information longer when required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or necessary to protect legal rights.
8. Security
BlueTouch uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information it handles. Contribution payment details are submitted directly to Stripe rather than processed through a custom YourWonders payment system.
No system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe information connected with YourWonders has been compromised, contact support@yourwonders.com.
9. Children’s Privacy
YourWonders is a general-audience and family product. Children may naturally view YourWonders with their households, but the service is not specifically directed at children.
The current product does not provide child accounts, profiles, social interaction, or other child-specific data features. BlueTouch does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the TV app.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to BlueTouch through another part of the service, they may contact support@yourwonders.com so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
10. International Users
YourWonders is intended to be available worldwide where supported by the applicable app stores and platforms.
BlueTouch is based in the United States. Information handled through our website, Stripe account, or service providers may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, information will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information associated with you. Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, these may include requesting access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information; objecting to or restricting certain processing; or appealing certain privacy-request decisions.
You may also have the right to complain to an appropriate privacy or data-protection authority. Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
Because the TV app does not transmit its locally stored preferences to BlueTouch, we generally cannot identify or remotely access those preferences. You can remove them by clearing the app’s local data or uninstalling the app.
To make a privacy request, email support@yourwonders.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits.
BlueTouch does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We therefore do not provide a separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out mechanism for the current product.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
YourWonders may link to services operated by other organizations, including Stripe and applicable app-store, wallet, bank, or payment providers. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices. BlueTouch does not control how an independent third party handles information submitted directly to that party.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as YourWonders changes or as legal requirements develop. If we make changes, we will publish the revised policy at this location and update its effective date.
If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
